We are a combination Kettlebell and CrossFit gym located in Delano. We offer a program unlike any other you’ll find in the area. With four trainers with certifications including RKC, FMS, Precision Nutrition, NASM, CrossFit and Art of Strength, we have the skills and experience to help everyone at all levels. Our youngest members aren’t even teenagers and our oldest (well we won’t say their ages).

“What is a kettlebell?” is usually the first question asked when I mention that I am a kettlebell trainer.  A kettlebell is a traditional Russian cast iron weight that looks like a cannonball with a handle.  Kettlebells come in many sizes.  My gym has kettlebells ranging from 4kg to 44kg.

“What is a typical kettlebell workout?” is another question often asked.  A kettlebell workout consists of various excercises such as “swing, clean, press, hi-pull, snatch and Turkish Get-up”.  Each kettlebell routine originated from similar barbell or dumbbell routines.  Many of these routines are almost unrecognizable as anything you would see in a present day gym.  Combined with other equipment such as ropes, rings and medicine balls you will get a workout like no other.  Every excercise can be modified to your individual level of fitness and adjusted as you progress.

“What will I get out of kettlebell training?”  Kettlebells melt fat and build muscle.  If you are overweight, you will lean out.  If you are skinny, you will get built up.  The kettlebell is a powerful tool for fixing your body comp, whichever way it needs fixing.  If you are an athlete, you will notice an improvement in your speed, agility, explosiveness and stamina.  If you are a mother or father, you will notice an improvement in how you are able to keep up with your children and do everyday chores, as well as noticing less aches and pains in the lower back and shoulders.  We build muscles that go…not muscles that are just for show!
