    Hi Alan!

Well, this is exactly what I have been looking for! I am so excited with your program and your expertise in this field that I am telling all my friends about you and Core Fit “N Motion! I really enjoyed how I felt during and after the first and second sessions. Your body really KNOWS that it has accomplished a real workout after a session with the Kettle Bells! Working out with you and the Kettle Bells give me a feeling of complete satisfaction in realizing that I have had the best workout of my life! I am keeping a log of my workouts, diet, etc, to track my progress. This is the perfect addition to what I have been looking for in my personal quest and my Nutritional Therapist business. I will recommend you to all my clients and friends so they, too, can experience a truly great way to get in shape & feel great!
    Sheila

I’m really interested in signing up and getting my intro class scheduled so I can start attending other classes. Who do I contact to do this? Thanks!!

    • Shirlene, the best way to get started is by giving me a call to get the intro scheduled. Your best chance to catch me would be to call me on my cell phone at (612) 940-6752. You could also call the gym at (763) 267-7847. Thanks, Alan

I am wondering how long the classes are? Trying to determine if the morning classes will work for me.

    • Michelle, Classes are usually 45 minutes start to finish. We take 5 minutes for a warm-up, workout for 35 minutes and end with a 5 minute cool down. We are usually ready to walk out the door at 6:45 am. Hope to hear from you soon. Alan

  4. Dana says:

I drove by this morning and saw the new store front, it just happend to catch my eye.

I am looking for a program that will help me achive my goals of being thin and toned. It this a program that will help with toning and weightloss?

I currently have a membership to the gym, I workout at least 3 times a week, and I also do workout videos upto 5 times per week, but I am not seeing the results I am hoping for.

I would like to get more information on this type of program.

I have a trip to Jamaica planned in March, and I would really like to see some great results by then, is that possible?

    • Dana,

Kettlebells and our workouts can go a long way to help you meet your goals.

Our workouts combine cardiovascular as well as resistance exercises that will result in calorie burning as well as growth of lean muscle. Because the workouts are intense (but not too intense) they result in something known as Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption (EPOC). EPOC resulting from higher intensity exercise allows you to burn more calories than by participating in low-intensity exercise alone. The other key factor is diet – 80 to 90% of results are created by diet. Exercise can not out perform a poor diet when it comes to weight loss.

Finally, if you have been repeating the same exercises for a period of time, your neuromuscular system becomes very efficient. To overcome a plateau it becomes necessary to switch things up so your body will have to work harder. Our workouts combine fully body exercises and also require stabilization and balance which will also help you overcome your plateau.

We are having an open house this Saturday from 1-4 if you want to come check it out. Otherwise give me a call to schedule a no obligation intro that takes about an hour to see what you think. The best way to reach me is by contacting me on my cell at (612) 940-6752.

I just wanted to post that joining up at Core Fit N Motion was the best thing I could have done. Alan is a fantastic trainer, the classes are great and it is a positive environment!! I encourage anyone to try it–you’ll love it. Thank you for all your time and efforts Alan!

  6. Shannon says:

Alan I really want to thank you for such a great class. You are an extremely motivating and challenging trainer and you are truly committed to our success. I am wondering if you will be adding any additional evening classes down the road. Maybe a Thursday evening class after kickboxing?????
